Writing Help? Anyone?

Hey guys, I've been writing a book and I've already got a well thought out storyline and I'm even planning on making this a series in the future. I'm currently on page 65 with over 30,000 words in all. Recently, I hit a bit of writer's block (who hasn't?) and I've been trying to figure out just how I'm going to pick up the story from there. Unfortunately, rather than think of ideas for this story, I've lately been thinking of ideas for a completely different story/series, and now that I have plans to make both books branch off into completely separate and equally entertaining series', I have no idea what to do. Do I continue my work on the series at hand and scrap my new idea, do the exact opposite, write both at the same time, or something else? PLEASE HELP!
