Grieving i need help to smile again ?

My little brothers in the hospital and idk how to feel better and smile. I'm 6 hours away and I have no money to go be by his side. He's in icu I feel helpless. What do I do. Someone I just don't wanna feel like I wanna cry every second. Please someone tell me how to feel better I just want to smile. Make me smile or tell me how to smile right now I don't know what to do I just feel totally stuck
