Helllp!!! need help comforting my grieving boyfriend. Things to say???? Ugh help?!?!??!?!?!?

my boyfriend is going through a mid life crisis here. He has been through so so much. And people has treated his so foul. He says that his mind is basically fried from thinking of it that he cant process things the way he use to anymore and that he cant keep as calm. I tell him that its not his fault and that he shouldnt blame hiself. And that everybody that done him wrong have some shyt commin to them. Im not a good comforter being nobody has ever comforted me before and that i have always held stuff in. I dont know what to do. I need some good words to say asap. Pleeeeeeeeeaaaaassssseee help. I love him so much and he deseves the world.
