Advice about nuva ring ?

Im currently on depo provera, ive had it for just under a year and I'm really dissatisfied. It makes me extremely moody and depressed and I have constant bleeding for a month or more. I've also gained Alot of weight. My health provider said that I should switch to nuva ring but I'm kind of nervous. Any suggestions or advice ?
