Was preg but lost baby on tuesday, still not got over it or even started to, little help?

your going to be sad and depressed ,BUT dont let urself get to a situation where it takes over u!! take a day to let it all out and greive,cry bust a glass on floor,relive stress,and then after that tell urself thats it..make urself get out and take a walk,a breather get urself busy to keep ur mind off it..make urself to that person u used to be..he does need to griev as well otherwise it could take over him.you could do a day both u just vent together or the day u vent tell him to go vent it out and after that the both of u need to get passed it and look toward the future..best of luck sweetie...
