Sounds like your recruiter is bagging you for a light month when he cant make his quota. Or when he plans to take leave and still be able to do his numbers. Why do you need a waiver for something you did as a juvenile? Records sealed. You must have told them. They couldnt pull that up unless you were charged with a felony.
