Does the Quran in Sura 2, verse 62 say Christians and Jews go to heaven?

Salam Really based on the Qur'an surah 2 Al Baqarah ayat 62 Allah says that people who have eeman,jews,christians and sabi'in,whoever (among them)believe in Allah,akheerat life (Last day)and do right things they obtain rewards from Allah,they do not fear and they do not feel sad It means that jews,christians and sabiin who have converted to Islam,will go to heaven.
