Can you transfer schools using 1 transcript from one schools of 2 that you attended?

I went to 2 different 4 yr universities one in Ohio the other in Texas. But I have dissatisfying GPA at my Texas school and is wondering if I apply to another school using my Ohio transcript will I get accepted?
