Blocked on facebook, can he see pictures?

My sister died a year and a month ago, and this past weekend I found some awesome photos of her. I want to scan them and upload them to the memorial page that we have for her on facebook. My problem is, my brother blocked me on facebook, so how can I make is so he see the photos as well. he might be mad at me, but I know he is grieving too, and would want to see the photos. If I have someone who is his friend on facebook tag him in the photos, will he see them, even though he has blocked me?
