Feeling incredibly lonely, along, anxious and depressed?
Sounds like you've had an awful time . . . I too have lost a great love in the last few months and know exactly how you feel. I wish I had an answer that would make you feel better immediatley but im still trying to find it myself. You're doing really well to keep smiling, you should praise yourself for that and focus on spending time with good friends who you know you can talk to. I would also talk to your Dr about some counselling and support. You have an awful lot to think about, it would probably help to have a safe place to talk out how you feel. Don't knock yourself for eating too much, if it comforts you in the short term while you adjust then go with it. As soon as you feel better you're appetite will go back to normal. I have spent alot of time reading posts from a website called tinybuddha.com they send emails every day with wisdom, that helps to change my perspective when im feeling low. The greatest advice I have received is that no emotion is final and no situation permanent. Everything in life moves on, even when you think it isnt and one day you will wake up and find yourself in a place you never thought you would reach ;o)
