Why is my friend acting like her world is over after a 3 month relationship ends?

oh my goodness it's not serious.. it was 3 months. she made me fail my test cause i had to sit there and counsel her. They broke up 2 weeks ago. All she do is lay in bed, and cry and listen to sad love songs. She used to look so pretty and put together but now she just throws on whatever.. doesnt bother with her hair and just puts it in a ponytail, and doesnt wear a drop of makeup. and she used to be OBSESSSED with wearing tons of makeup. i'm not gonna lie, she looks like crap and i told her that. she need to pull her self together. put on something sexy and eye-catching and quit wearing the mom jeans and sweatpants everywhere. I know she's trying to grieve and everything but she can still grieve and look good. right now, she is letting him win. he is in control because she looks like she's completely destroyed. if i saw my ex i would be looking helllla good with a smile on my face like heyyyy. you not supposed to let your ex think you sitting here depressed over him even if you is. because that's pathetic. And she then talking about she be feeling sick in the morning time. i'm worried abt her she already thin as helll and now she losing more weight
